Return and Refund Policy

Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us.

RETURNS CONDITION

All returns must be postmarked within 7 days after Pillowpeople received the product. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.

RETURN REQUEST
To return an item, please follow this instruction :
1. Go to menu contact us and choose Return and Refund
2. Write your Name (ex: Julian Bosc)
3. Write your Email Address (ex: julianbosc@gmail.com)
4. Write your Number of Order (ex: XC1001)
5. Choose the Subject “Return Process”
6. Write the description regardless of the problems
7. Upload Image of the Product
8. Send 

  • CHECKING PROCESS
    After receiving your return request Pillowpeople  will inspecting the condition of your item, Please allow us at least 1 day (weekday) to inspect the request and decided if it’ll get an exchange or not.
  • RETURN PROCESS
    Please place the item securely in it’s original packaging and return it to the following address below, and don’t forget to upload your number of receipt (NO.RESI) in the submission request or click here. Please allow at least 3 days (weekday) after we received your item and process it to return. You’ll receive an email regarding the process.

REFUNDS

Please note that when returning/exchanging an item, the shipping cost are at your own expense.

Any returns that do not comply with the aforementioned may be denied.

For defective or damaged products, please contact us at the customer service number below to arrange a refund or exchange. Our Customer Service is available during weekdays from 8:30 am until 17:00 pm (WIB).
